Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
This Donation and Refund Policy describes the general practices of St. Peter’s Apostolic Church regarding donations, designated gifts, payments, and refund requests. Nothing in this policy is intended to create rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law, nor should anything on this page be considered legal, tax, or financial advice.
Donors are responsible for consulting their own qualified tax or financial professionals regarding the deductibility or tax treatment of any contribution. St. Peter’s Apostolic Church makes no representation or guarantee concerning the tax consequences of an individual donation.
Where applicable law requires a different result from the practices described in this policy, applicable law will govern.
Donation and Refund Policy
**Last Updated: August 14, 2026**
St. Peter’s Apostolic Church is grateful for the generosity of those who support our church, ministries, and mission. We recognize that financial gifts are given in trust, and we are committed to handling donations responsibly and with appropriate stewardship.
Donations
Unless otherwise stated, donations made to St. Peter’s Apostolic Church are voluntary contributions supporting the general mission, ministry, worship, charitable activities, and operations of the Church.
Donations are generally considered final once processed.
Refunds of Donations
Because donations are charitable gifts rather than purchases of goods or services, St. Peter’s Apostolic Church does not ordinarily issue refunds.
We recognize, however, that mistakes can occur. A donor who believes a contribution was made in error, processed for an incorrect amount, duplicated, or made without authorization should contact the Church as soon as reasonably possible.
Requests will be reviewed individually. When appropriate and legally permissible, St. Peter’s Apostolic Church may authorize a refund to the original method of payment.
Designated Donations
When St. Peter’s Apostolic Church accepts donations designated for a particular ministry, project, appeal, or purpose, the Church will make reasonable efforts to use those funds for the stated purpose.
If a designated purpose has been fully funded, becomes impracticable, or can no longer reasonably be carried out, the Church may apply remaining funds to a substantially similar purpose or to another area of Church ministry consistent with the donor's charitable intent and applicable law.
Events, Programs, and Other Payments
If St. Peter’s Apostolic Church collects fees for an event, program, registration, or other activity, any refund or cancellation terms specifically provided for that activity will govern those payments.
Payment Processing
Online donations and payments may be processed through independent third-party payment processors. Refunds, when approved, may be subject to processing times, limitations, or procedures imposed by the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
